Bruce Patterson is EVP Albers Industrials, part of the Albers Aerospace Holdings LLC portfolio. The company is headquartered in the Dallas area and is comprised of Three Business Units: (1) Industrials (2) Innovation (3) Defense.

Bruce leads the Industrials Group across all manufacturing activities ranging from airtight containers for ordinance storage, titanium components for engine and airframe, structural flooring for helicopters, autopilot systems, to surface treatments and plating. He is constantly reviewing manufacturing related M&A opportunities that will be complimentary or additive to the portfolio.

Bruce has been in the Aerospace and Defense Industry for over three decades holding VP and C suite responsibilities in multinational Companies. He has a strong Manufacturing and Operations background and has led multi-site operations across the globe. His experience ranges from component manufacture, structural sub-assemblies, composite manufacture through to Aircraft customer delivery. With a focus on Customer satisfaction, he has broad experience in new program design and introduction, regulatory requirements and customer quality requirements. He has led production startup facilities in Mexico and in the US along with strategic work transfer from Europe to the US achieving rapid manufacturing growth delivering customer requirements on time and to the highest quality.

Prior to joining Albers, Bruce was with BE Aerospace for 12 years as VP Operations running their Super First-Class seating Operations in Tucson and Nogales Mexico, and lastly was the COO of HAECO Cabin Solutions where he led Operations in the design of seating and installation of aircraft cabin modifications.

Bruce graduated with an honors degree in Mechanical and industrial Engineering from Queens University Belfast.
