Danny is the Executive Vice President Albers Defense, part of the Albers Aerospace Holdings LLC portfolio. The company is headquartered in the Dallas area and is comprised of Three Business Units: (1) Industrials (2) Innovation (3) Defense.

Danny leads the Defense Group across a variety of different Warfighter critical services to Tier 1 and USG customers. His responsibilities include aviation maintenance and operations related services in manned and unmanned platforms and strategic onsite installation and maintenance services to key defense industrial participants.

Danny has two decades of leadership experience in Marine Corps Aviation and another in Corporate America. He excelled in Operational Command and as a F/A-18 Developmental Test (DT) Pilot. As a company grade officer, Danny was a Weapons and Tactic Instructor/training officer and Aide-de-camp to then MajGen Weber in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) Baghdad, Iraq. As a field grade officer, he served as a F/A-18 DT Pilot at the Advanced Weapons Lab/VX-31 (As seen in Top Gun 2!) where he was Test Pilot of the Year. Back to the operational force, Danny quickly deployed to OIF again with VMFA-122 at Al Asad Air Base and led the night special forces Close Air Support tasking. He was selected for squadron command, frocked to Lieutenant Colonel, and redeployed to the Western Pacific with VMFA-115 Silver Eagles. His final assignment was making dreams come true at Headquarters Marine Corps, Officer Assignments leading the Aviation Monitor’s Branch (HR).

Since his Marine Corps service Danny has spearheaded challenging operational roles from Chief Operating Officer in a $400M Insurance Carrier leading the Sales, Claims, and IT departments through multiple active hurricane seasons. To an entrepreneur, who co- founded a start-up assisting veterans in their quality housing challenges. Most recently, Danny served as the Director of Government Programs at SeaTec Consulting and Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Danny graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Naval Test Pilot School Graduate Class 127. Marine Corps War College Master’s in Strategic Studies. MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
