Franklin Byrd is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Albers Aerospace Holdings LLC. The company is headquartered in the Dallas area and is comprised of Three Business Units: (1)Industrials (2) Innovation (3) Defense.

Franklin supports Albers Aerospace’s investment portfolio by partnering with the key business unit leaders to help drive operational and financial excellence, and with the leaders of integral support functions, such as Finance and Human Resources, to develop and carryout best practices throughout the organization.

Franklin has more than 25 years of experience in operations and finance, having actively participated in M&A and financing for over $9 billion in transactions, both public and private. He has significant operational and financial scaling experience with early stage and high-growth entities and has participated in taking three entities public. He has a broad base of industry experience including two small defense companies.

Prior to joining Albers, Franklin was the CFO for a privately held national franchise that consisted of 2,000 locations and over $750M in revenue.

Franklin graduated from Texas A&M University with BBA’s in Finance and Accounting and an MBA with honors from Houston Christian University.
