Michael Frazier
CRO

Michael Frazier is the Chief Revenue Officer for Albers Aerospace. In this role, Michael uses his more than 25 years’ experience in the Federal and Commercial Aerospace and Defense business to drive business revenue through efficient and effective program execution.

 

Prior to joining Albers Aerospace, Michael was the Chief Operating Officer for M1 Support Services, an industry leading aviation services company providing support to US and Partner Nations. In this role, Michael assisted M1’s founders in aligning and preparing the company for its eventual sale in 2024. Michael remained with M1 post transaction supporting the new CEO as M1 transitioned to a Private Equity owned company.

 

Michael was commissioned in the U.S. Air Force where he served on active duty for 5years as an Air Battle Manager flying on the E-3 Airborne Early Warning and Control (AWACS) and then transferred to the USAF Reserves where he continued his AWACS flying career. During his career, Michael flew support missions in OPERATION NORTHERN WATCH, OPERATION SOUTHERN WATCH, OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM, OPERATION NOBLE EAGLE. He retired after 20 years of service in 2015 from the 513th Air Control Group, 970thAirborne Air Control Squadron, Tinker Air Force Base, OK.

 

Michael began his civilian career in 2001, when he joined Raytheon Integrated Systems (later becoming L-3 Integrated Systems) in Greenville, TX as a Program Manager on the RC-135 Rivet Joint Program. From there he served in increasing Program Management and Business Development roles at Elbit Systems of America and ATK (now Northrop Grumman). While at ATK, he led program teams in support of U.S. government agencies and international customers developing such modified aircraft as the AC-208 and the AC-235, the first exportable fixed wing gunship platform. Michael then moved to Free Flight Systems, a small commercial avionics company specializing in GPS driven navigation management systems, radar altimetry, and ADS-B. While at Free Flight Systems, Michael initially served as the Director of Program Management and Business Development. He was then promoted to the Chief Financial Officer/VP of Finance where he had a strategic role in restoring and managing the financial health of the company and was also responsible for all strategic business planning and business development, government relations, and strategic partnership development. Michael next joined PAE where he led the Readiness and Sustainment business unit providing a multitude of aviation and ground vehicle services to US and Partner Nation customers around the world. Under his leadership, the business unit grew from under $300M to greater than $350M in annual revenue and increased the EBITDA margins from 3% to 5%. 

 

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University with a focus in Business Management.
