Stacy Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer for Albers Aerospace, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading finance, compliance, and operational functions across the aerospace and defense industry. In this role, Stacy oversees financial strategy, reporting, compliance, cash management, and operational finance in support of Albers’ growth and acquisition objectives.

Prior to joining Albers Aerospace, Stacy held senior financial leadership roles at Airbus Defense & Space Government Solutions, Raytheon, Draken International, Remotely Piloted Solutions, and L3 Communications (L3 Harris).

Throughout her career, she has supported both large defense primes and private equity–backed, mid-market aerospace companies through periods of rapid growth, M&A activity, and organizational transformation.

Stacy is a hands-on, operator-oriented CFO with deep expertise in FAR, DFARS,CAS, GAAP, and IFRS compliance. She has personally led multiple ERP implementations, built and scaled GovCon finance organizations, managed multi-site and international operations, negotiated credit facilities, and partnered closely with CEOs, boards, and private equity sponsors during high-stakes growth and integration events.

Known for her direct, accountable leadership style, Stacy brings clarity and stability to complex environments while maintaining a strong focus on execution. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and an MBA from Texas A&M University–Commerce and is based in the DFW Metroplex.
