Outside of his time in the cockpit, Wes was an air policy planner for NATO and supported the Office of Naval Research’s science and technology mission.

Wes graduated with distinction from the US Naval Academy with a BS in Systems Engineering. He also has an MS in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins and an MBA from London Business School.
