William Aflleje serves as Chief Technology Officer of Albers Aerospace, where he leads the company's technology strategy, engineering modernization, artificial intelligence initiatives, and long-term innovation roadmap. He works across the organization to accelerate the adoption of advanced manufacturing, digital engineering, autonomy, and AI-enabled capabilities while strengthening Albers' position as a trusted partner to the U.S. Department of Defense and the national security community.

Prior to joining Albers, William spent nearly two decades in senior technical and executive leadership roles supporting the U.S. Government, where he led organizations of more than 250 personnel and managed programs exceeding $100 million. His career has focused on emerging technologies, cyber risk, applied statistics, operational leadership, and technology transition, working alongside organizations across the defense and intelligence community. He has also advised venture-backed technology companies and startups on artificial intelligence, data science, and commercialization strategies.
